Marbella Business Weekend is a corporate event that provides opportunities for future business collaborations, in a framework of team activities and marketing. In addition to high-class activities the weekend includes a number of events together with competitions and a Dinner Club on the final day.
History
In 2014 the first Marbella Business Weekend took place. The event was part of the corporate and celebrity golf, MPC Stjärngolf Sweden Tour. The winners from each location in Sweden qualified to Marbella to compete in Miami Business Weekend.
The foundation of the event has remained, but is constantly under development. Changing golf courses and adding activities are important for us to maintain high quality. The golf event has been arranged at the Marbella Club Hotel Golf Resort, Los Naranjos, Finca Cortesin and La Zagaleta Golf Club. In 2016, tennis was added to the activities, arranged at Puente Romano where the closing banquet also took place.
In 2018, tennis was changed to padel and the competition arena was the newly built Los Monteros Racket Club.
In 2025 we continue with the same core concept as previous years, featuring the activities golf and padel. The golf tournament will be held at the exclusive Villa Padierna – Flamingos Golf Course, and the padel tournament at Los Monteros Racket Club.
The event concludes on Saturday evening with a joint banquet in Dinner Club format at Marbella Forum, organized in collaboration with restaurant Beast.
Activities
Meet & Greet
We invite all participants to an opening meet & greet, offering a good start to the weekend. The evening is exclusive for MBW participants together with partners and specially invited guests.
MBW – Padel
Companies participate with teams consisting of employees, clients and/or business partners. The tournament is played in both men’s and women’s categories and takes place at Los Monteros Racquet Club – a first-class venue providing the perfect setting for a day of padel and networking.
MBW – Golf
Companies participate with teams consisting of their own employees and selected clients or partners. The competition takes place at the prestigious Villa Padierna – Flamingos Golf Course, offering a first-class setting for an unforgettable day of golf and networking.
Dinner Club
Marbella Business Weekend concludes with an exclusive dinner for all participants and partners, joined by specially invited guests. The evening is hosted in true Dinner Club spirit, featuring a sharing food menu, entertainment, and a series of surprises – the perfect finale to the weekend.
